Question: How do i reign in my impatience when i am dating new women?

After splitting from a long term relationship, I am eager to date new women. However, at the moment every time I meet a prospective partner I seem to go a bit- to quote "full on " , usually just after the first date. I am aware this is too much, but I guess my insecurities are getting the better of me. Any advice on how to relax? By the way, mobile/ cell phones do not help- I am constantly texting.

Geee.. dude! What the hell is going on with you? Anyway.. Try to be alone inside your bedroom and think whatever comes in your mind.. Try to think what's really happening to you? Are you wasted? Are you tired of loving? Are you really impatient or you just afraid to love someone again and break your heart? What really important now is how you handle yourself dude.. Don't waste time in giving horrible things to girls.. Its not worth it! ☺ Keep cool!
